Horse Experience Meets Real Estate
After spending 11 years as a professional farrier, building a successful career in the horse industry, I moved to Tennessee to pursue real estate investing full-time. When I later became a licensed real estate agent, I saw an opportunity to bring those two areas of experience together. Today, I specialize in helping clients buy and sell horse properties, combining practical equestrian knowledge with an investor’s perspective on property value and long-term potential.

My time working as a farrier in Steamboat Springs, Colorado also gave me years of firsthand experience around luxury homes and equestrian properties, and since moving to Tennessee, I’ve gained hands-on experience investing in and renovating homes for resale. That experience has taught me to look beyond what a property is today and consider what it could be, what improvements are worth making, and just as importantly, when a property may not be a good investment. I bring that perspective to my clients so they can make informed decisions about both the property they love and the value behind it.
